۱) Download Personal Server.pbk
۲) Open Personal Server.pbk
۳) Go to General Tap
۳-۱) Fill Host Name or IP Address With Received Server IP
۴) Go to Security Tap
۴-۱) Select Type of VPN :
Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol With IPsec (LTP/IPSec)
۴-۲) Select Data Encryption :
Require Encryption (Disconnect if Server Declines)
۴-۳) Tap on the “Advanced Settings”
۴-۳-۱) Select “Use Preshared Key for Authentication” Radio Button
۴-۳-۲) Fill “Key” Text Box With Received pre-shared key

۲) Make Dword-32Bit Type With Name AssumeUDPEncapsulationContextOnSendRule and Hexadecimal Value = 2 at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurentControlSet\services\PolicityAgent
۳) Make Dword-32Bit Type With Name ProhibitIpSec and Hexadecimal Value = 0 at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurentControlSet\services\RasMan\Parameters
۴) Type Services.msc on “Run” Text Box and Go to Windows Services
۵) Start Services Below
۵-۱) IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modules
۵-۲) IPsec Policy Agent
۵-۳) Remote Access Auto Connection Manager
۵-۴) Remote Access Connection Manager
